Combined General Meeting - July 12, 2016
Availability of Proxy Materials for the Combined General Meeting
The Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Meeting of Accor Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 9:00 am, at the Company's headquarters, 82 rue Henri Farman 92 130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
The notice of meeting, including a presentation of resolutions related to the approval of the Contribution Agreement contracted between Accor S.A. and Kingdom Hotels LLC, Lodge Investment Company, Voyager Fund Entreprise I Ltd. et FRH Investment Holdings inc., and additional resolutions proposing the appointment of six new Board members, submitted to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Meeting, have been sent to registered shareholders.
The notice of meeting, the Document E filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on June 17, 2016, the 2015 Registration Document filed with the AMF on March 23, 2016, as well as the documents and information mentioned in Article R.225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code are available on the www.accorhotels-group.com/finance website.
Additional documents mentioned in Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code may also be consulted at the Company's head office or sent to shareholders upon request.
