En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el Art. 227 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, ACCIONA, S.A. (en adelante, la "Sociedad" o "ACCIONA") comunica lo siguiente:

INFORMACIÓN RELEVANTE

Como continuación de lo informado en anteriores Hechos Relevantes Nº 261842, 262089, 270593, 262341 y 279374, el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Cataluña ha notificado hoy su sentencia que condena a la Generalitat de Cataluña a abonar a ATLL Concesionaria de la Generalitat de Catalunya, S.A. (en liquidación) (en adelante ATLL) (sociedad filial al 100% de ACCIONA Agua) la cantidad de €304.417.248,14 más intereses.

Contra la mencionada sentencia cabe recurso extraordinario de casación. ATLL está analizando los fundamentos de la citada sentencia para determinar las acciones legales y/o judiciales que correspondan, en su caso.

En el Hecho Relevante 279374 de fecha 21 de junio de 2019, ATLL informó de la cesión del resultado de los derechos futuros de cobro derivados de la citada sentencia.

Esta comunicación de Información Relevante se publica en idiomas español e inglés, en caso de discrepancia entre ambas versiones, prevalecerá la versión española.

Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 227 of the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, ACCIONA, S.A. (the "Company" or "ACCIONA") reports the following:

MATERIAL INFORMATION

Further to what had been informed through Hechos Relevantes numbers 261842, 262089, 270593, 262341 and 279374 the Catalunya Justice Superior Court has rendered today a decision ordering the Generalitat de Cataluña to pay to ATLL Concesionaria de la Generalitat de Catalunya, SA (in liquidation) (hereinafter ATLL) (a 100% affiliate company of ACCIONA Agua) the amount of €304,417,248.14 plus interests.

An extraordinary appeal in cassation may be filed against the decision. ATLL is analyzing the grounds of the Catalunya Justice Superior Court's decision to determine what further legal or judicial actions, if any, may be instituted.

In Hecho Relevante number 279374 dated June, 21, 2019 ATLL informed of the assignment of any future collection rights deriving from the decision.
