En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el Art. 227 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, ACCIONA, S.A. (la "Sociedad"), comunica la siguiente

INFORMACIÓN RELEVANTE MATERIAL INFORMATION

La Sociedad informa que, en el día de hoy, se ha procedido a la cancelación del contrato de financiación sindicada que fue objeto de comunicación de hecho relevante de 25 de marzo de 2015 (HR 220674) y 12 de julio de 2016 (HR 240724) así como a la cancelación de otros contratos de financiación preexistentes, tras la disposición de fondos bajo el contrato de financiación sindicada comunicado en fecha 26 de mayo de 2021, como comunicación de Otra Información Relevante (número de OIR 9617).

Esta comunicación de información relevante se publica en idiomas español e inglés, en caso de discrepancia entre ambas versiones, prevalecerá la versión española.

Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 227 of the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act, ACCIONA, S.A. (the "Company"), reports the following,

The Company informs that on the date hereof, the syndicated finance agreement communicated as material information (hecho relevante) on 25 March 2015 (HR 220674) and 12 July 2016 (HR 240724), along with other preexisting financing agreements, has been cancelled following the first draw of funds under the syndicated finance agreement communicated as an Other Material Information communication, by the Company on 26 May 2021, (OIR 9617).

This material information communication is published both in English and Spanish, in case of discrepancies, the Spanish version shall prevail.
