accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment hospitality, attractions and cultural markets, announces that pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 31 December 2017 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM as dispatched to shareholders of the Company are available to view on the Company's website:  www.accesso.com   

The AGM of the Company will be held at Unit 5, The Pavilions, Ruscombe Park, Twyford, Berkshire, RG10 9NN on Tuesday 22 May 2018 at 10.00 a.m.
