Confirmation of Change of Name & Group Website

The Board is pleased to confirm that further to its announcement of 5 November 2013, the Group's change of name to accesso Technology Group plc is now effective.

The Company's TIDM (ticker symbol) is "ACSO" and dealings on the London Stock Exchange under the new name will commence at 8.00am today, 12 November 2013. The Company's FTSE classification will continue to be included under Technology - Software & Computer Services - Software.

No new share certificates will be issued in respect of existing Ordinary Shares held in certificated form. Shareholders should retain their existing share certificates which will continue to be valid. Any new share certificates will be issued in the name accesso® Technology Group plc.
