accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment, hospitality, attractions and cultural markets, was notified on 22 and 23 February 2024 that, Steve Brown, Chief Executive Officer sold 156,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 535p to cover taxes resulting from his exercise announced on 8 August 2023.

Following the sale to cover taxes Steve Brown will hold 1,140,341 ordinary shares representing 2.7% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
