Results of Annual General Meeting

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO) announces that at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), held at 1.45 p.m. on Tuesday 18 May 2021 all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed by poll vote.
