Going public finalised
Approximately 21 % of the Greenshoe Option exercised

On 2 May 2007, Cazenove, as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner,
informed ESTAVIS AG that the Greenshoe Option granted to JPMorgan Cazenove
in connection with the Initial Public Offering has been partially
exercised. A total of 88,950 shares have been purchased from the existing
shareholders, which represents approximately 21 % of the total volume of
the Greenshoe Option. Following the partial exercise of the Greenshoe
Option, the aggregate issue volume in relation to the Initial Public
Offering increases to 2,947,614 shares with an aggregate issue value of
approximately EUR 82.5 million. The aggregate number of shares placed in
the initial public offering amounts to approximately 38 % of ESTAVIS AG’s
share capital.
During the stabilisation period, which started on 2 April 2007,
stabilisation measures were implemented by JPMorgan Cazenove in its
function as Stabilisation Manager on the following dates:
 2 April 2007 (at prices between EUR 27.95 and 28.00)
 3 April 2007 (EUR 27.90 – 28.00)
 4 April 2007 (EUR 27.40 – 27.90)
 5 April 2007 (EUR 27.15 – 27.55)
 10 April 2007 (EUR 27.00 – 27.30)
 11 April 2007 (EUR 27.00 – 27.25)
 12 April 2007 (EUR 26.90 – 27.10)
 13 April 2007 (EUR 26.00 – 27.00)
 16 April 2007 (EUR 26.50 – 27.30)
 17 April 2007 (EUR 27.20 – 27.90)
 23 April 2007 (EUR 27.48)
 2 May 2007 (EUR 28.00)
The stabilisation period was terminated yesterday and further stabilisation
measures will not be implemented.
