ACCENTRO Real Estate AG acquires majority share in real estate portfolios with 295 residential units in central Berlin neighbourhoods
Berlin, 16 th of July 2018 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3) in Berlin, a leader in residential property privatisation in Germany, has added majority interests in two real estate portfolios to its privatisation holdings. The 295 units purchased are primarily attractive older properties located centrally in Berlin. The purchase price of the majority shares incl. loans taken over amounts to around EUR 40 million.

Central Berlin residential units added to privatization portfolio
The 295 flats, comprising 18,607 square metres of living space, are distributed over a total of 13 multi-family buildings located primarily in desirable neighbourhoods. Upon completion of the transactions, ACCENTRO acquired a total of 1,528 units in 2018.
