Berlin, 07 March 2014 - With the approval of Supervisory Board of ESTAVIS
AG, the Management Board of ESTAVIS AG resolved today to acquire a real
estate portfolio with property holdings throughout Germany. The portfolio
includes around 4,300 units in Bavaria, Berlin, North Rhine-Westphalia,
Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt. The combined floor area totals around 284,000
square metres. The purchase price is approximately 160.0 million euros; the
net annual rent comes to total of approx. 13.65 million euros.

Around 3,300 units thereof are earmarked for long-term ownership and
management by ESTAVIS AG, while the roughly 1,000 apartments remaining are
to be retailed as condominiums.
