ESTAVIS AG: Five-Year Convertible Bond of Estavis AG over EUR 15 Million Fully Subscribed

Berlin, 27 March 2014 - The convertible bond (ISIN DE000A1YC4S6) of Estavis
AG with an issuance volume of EUR 15 million was fully subscribed by the
end of the subscription period on 24 March 2014. The issue price of one
debenture bond is EUR 2.50, while the maturity is five years, and the
interest coupon is 6.25 percent. The interest is to be disbursed
retroactively on a quarterly basis, specifically on 27 March, 27 June, 27
September and 27 December of each year, the first pay-out date being 27
June 2014.

The convertible bond shares have started trading on the Regulated
Unofficial Market of Deutsche Börse AG (the regulated unofficial market of
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) today.

The issuance proceeds are earmarked for the further expansion of Estavis
AG.
