Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Section 15 of the German Securities Trading
Act (WpHG)

Berlin, April 13, 2012 - ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, announces, that today Mr.
Florian Lanz informed the supervisory board chairman of the ESTAVIS AG,
Berlin, that, still in Q2 2012, he is possibly willing to resign from his
office as member of the management board and CEO of the company for
personal reasons.
