ESTAVIS AG: Florian Lanz steps down from Management Board

Berlin, April 17, 2012 - ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, announces that Mr. Florian
Lanz has today stepped down from his position as a Management Board member.
This move will take effect with the end of April 17, 2012. Mr. Lanz has
left the Management Board for personal reasons. The Supervisory Board would
like to thank Mr. Lanz for the work that he has contributed to the company.

Mr. Jacopo Mingazzini will head the Management Board as sole Management
Board member until further notice.
