Change of Company Name and ASX Code

The board is very pleased to advise you that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 23 November 2017, shareholders approved the change of company name to Accent Group Limited (from RCG Corporation Limited).

The change of company name process has now been completed and the Australian Securities and Investents Commission has recorded the change of company name effective from 25 November 2017.

Along with the name change, the ASX ticker code has changed to AX1 (from RCG), effective from Wednesday 29 November 2017.
