Accelya Kale Consolidated Income for Q3 at Rs. 1,062.25 Million

Thane, 3rd May 2019: Accelya Kale Solutions Limited, an Accelya Group company and a leading provider of financial and commercial solutions to the Airline and Travel industry, has recorded consolidated operating income of Rs. 1,062.25 million for the third quarter ended March 2019 compared to Rs. 1077.55 million in December 2018, The Consolidated PAT stood at Rs. 264.73 million compared to Rs. 302.63 million in December 2018.

For the quarter ended March 2018, the consolidated operating income and PAT was Rs. 932.65 million and Rs. 220.09 million respectively.

The Company has passed a special resolution through postal ballot on 1st May, 2019 for change of its name from Accelya Kale Solutions Limited to Accelya Solutions India Limited. The change of name will be effective on the date of issue of 'Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name' by the Registrar of Companies, Pune.
