Sub: Board Meeting for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 31st December, 2020, declaration of interim dividend, if any, and intimation of record date for payment of interim dividend.

Pursuant to regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 29th January, 2021 to consider, inter alia:

i) Unaudited (standalone & consolidated) financial results for the quarter and six months ended 31st December, 2020; and

ii) Declaration of interim dividend, if any.

The interim dividend, if declared, will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depsitories as the beneficial owners of the shares as on Monday, 8th February, 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
