Sub: Corporate Announcement - Resignation and Appointment of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) regulation 2015 listing agreement, we wish to inform that Accelya management has offered Mr. Gurudas Shenoy, the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Farelogix Inc., (USA) an Accelya group company. Mr. Shenoy has accepted the offer and has, therefore, resigned as CFO and a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. The resignation will be effective from 15th February, 2021.

In view of the resignation of Mr. Gurudas Shenoy as mentioned above, the Board has appointed Mr. Uttamkumar Bhati as CFO and will also be KMP. The appointment will take effect from 15th February, 2021.

Mr. Uttamkumar Bhati is an MBA from IBS, Pune. He has been working with the Company since 2004. Mr. Uttamkumar Bhati currently heads the corporate finance and controlling function for the organisation, reporting to Gurudas Shenoy.
