Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Regulations”), we hereby inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has passed a resolution today i.e. on 22[nd] June, 2021 approving the appointment of Mr. Shrimanikandan Ananthavaidhyanathan (Mr. Mani) (DIN: 0009192936) as an Additional Director designated as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1[st] July, 2021 for a period of 5 years i.e. upto 30[th] June, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Mr. Mani is not related to any Director of the Company. Further, we wish to confirm that Mr. Mani is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other such authority.
