Shares Issued and Cleansing Notice

UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

On 4 June 2026, Accelerate Resources Ltd (Company) completed the issue of 240,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Shares) with an issue price of $0.005 per share pursuant to a placement announced to ASX on 28 May 2026.

The Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) that:

1. the Company issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;
2. this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;
3. as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:
   a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
   b. section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act; and
4. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” (as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company in this notice.
