Accelerate Resources Limited (ASX: AX8) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Accelerate Resources Limited (‘AX8’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AX8, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 13 September 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Accelerate Resources Limited ( Company ) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ).

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

• that it requests a trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a capital raise ( Announcement );

• it anticipates that the trading halt will end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 13 September 2021 or when the Announcement is released to the market; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
