Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Cessation of Mr. S.V. Rao [DIN: 06600739] as Whole-Time Director upon completion of tenure

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 (‘SEBI Circular’), we wish to inform the following:

1. Cessation as Whole-Time Director

The Members of the Company had, through Postal Ballot, the results of which were declared on 31st May, 2023, approved the appointment of Mr. Sunkari Venkateswara Rao [DIN: 06600739] as the Whole-Time Director of the Company for a period of three (3) years commencing from 27th April, 2023 to 26th April, 2026.

Consequently, the tenure of Mr. S.V. Rao as Whole-Time Director of the Company expires on 26th April, 2026 and he ceases to be the Whole-Time Director with effect from the close of business hours on 26th April, 2026.

The relevant details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI Circular, are enclosed as Annexure – A .
