Sub: Intimation under Reg. 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR”) - Board Meeting to consider Financial Results of ACC Limited (“the Company”) for the Quarter & Financial Year ended December 31, 2020 and to recommend dividend, if any

This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021, inter alia , to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended December 31, 2020 ( both Standalone and Consolidated ) and to recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2020.

Please note that the notice of the aforesaid meeting is uploaded on the website of the Company and is being published in newspapers, in terms of Regulation 46(2) and 47(1) of the SEBI LODR.

Further, the aforesaid Audited Financial Results of the Company will be submitted to the Stock Exchanges after conclusion of the Board Meeting on Thursday, February 11, 2021 and will also be hosted on the website of the Company on the said date and thereafter it will be published in the newspapers, in accordance with the SEBI LODR.

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has already informed the Stock Exchanges vide its letter dated December 21, 2020 that the window for trading in securities of the Company for the Designated Employees, Directors, Auditors and their relatives, Connected Persons, etc. would remain closed from January 1, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter & financial year ended December 31, 2020 and accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed till February 13, 2021 and shall re-open thereafter, i.e. on Monday, February 15, 2021 .

You are requested to take note of the above and arrange to bring the above to the notice of all concerned.
