Federal Bank's deposits grow 13% in Q4

FEDERAL BANK'S DEPOSITS rose 13% year-on-year during the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal, while gross advances reported a 9% Y-o-Y growth, the bank said in a regulatory filing.

The lender said at the end of March 2021 quarter, total deposits stood at $\overline{5172,655}$ crore, against ₹152,290 crore in the year-ago period.

Advances at the end of the fourth quarter stood at ₹134,876 crore, compared with $\overline{5124,153}$ crore in the same period last year.

CASA is seen at $\overline{58,381}$ crore during Q4, an y-o-y increase of 26%. The CASA ratio is reported at 33.81%.

The liquidity coverage ratio was at 206.91% for the March quarter.

DISCOVERED PRICE AND EXIT PRICE

SUCCESS OF THE DELISTING OFFER

• 2.1. In terms of Regulation 17(a) of the Delisting Regulations, this Delisting Offer would be deemed to be successful, only if a minimum number of 2,31,380 Offer Shares were tendered & acquired in the Delisting Offer at or below the Exit Price so as to cause the cumulative number of the Equity Shares held by the Promoter Acquirers alongwith other members of the Promoter Group, post the acquisition through the Acquisition Window Facility be equal to or in excess of 5,13,180 Equity Shares constituting 90% of the equity share capital of the Company.
• 2.2. The Promoter Acquirers shall acquire the 2,75,796 Equity Shares validly tendered at or below the Exit Price in the Reverse Book Building Process (RBBP) and post completion of the acquisition, the shareholding of the Promoter Acquirers alongwith other members of the Promoter Group shall be 97.79% of the fully paid-up equity share capital of the Company, which would exceed the minimum number of Equity Shares required i.e. 2,31,380 for the Delisting Offer to be successful in terms of Regulation 17(1)(a) of the Delisting Regulations.
• 2.3. In terms of Regulation 17(1)(b) of the Delisting Regulations, at least 25% of number of Public Shareholders holding Equity Shares in dematerialized mode as on March 09, 2021("Specified Date") should participate in the RBBP, provided that if the Promoter Group along with the Manager to the Offer demonstrates to the Stock Exchange that they have delivered the Letter of Offer of this Delisting Offer to all the Public Shareholders either through registered post or speed post or courier or hand delivery with proof of delivery or through email as a text or as an attachment to email or as a notification providing electronic link or uniform resource locator including a read receipt (the "LOF Delivery Requirement"), then the mandatory participation of aforementioned number of Public Shareholders is not applicable.
• A. The Promoter Acquirers through Registrar to the Offer has sent the Offer Letter/Bid Letter of this Delisting Offer to all the Public Shareholders on or before March 15, 2021 through speed-post or registered-post with proof of dispatch and also through email as an attachment to email to those Public Shareholders whose email id is registered with their respective depositories. Proof of dispatch to all Public Shareholders has been submitted to the Stock Exchange as a proof, in accordance with the proviso to Regulation 17(1)(b) of the Delisting Regulations.
• 2.5. The Delisting Offer is thus deemed to be successful in terms of the Delisting Regulations.
• 2.6. All Public Shareholders of the Company who have validly tendered their Equity Shares at or below the Exit Price will be paid the consideration at the Exit Price of Rs. 21/- per Equity Share. The last date for payment of consideration to all the Public Shareholders (in respect of whom no regulatory approvals are required) and whose Bids have been accepted will be Friday, April 09, 2021.
• 2.7. The Equity Shares of the Public Shareholders whose Bids have been rejected, will be returned to the Public Shareholders in accordance with the Methods of Settlement contained in Paragraph 18 of the Public Announcement, the Letter of Offer read with the SEBI Circulars

मुंबई : करोना संसर्गाचा प्रसार रोखण्यासाठी शासनाने लादलेल्या कडक निर्बंधांचा परिणाम सोमवारी. पहिल्या दिवशी संमिश्र होता. रात्री आठनंतरची जमावबंदी नागरिक. व्यावसायिकांनी काटेकोरपणे पाळल्याने शहरातील काही भाग. वस्त्या चिडीचूप होत्या. तर काही भागांत रात्री आठनंतरही दुकाने, फेरिवाल्यांचे व्यवसाय बिनबोभाट सुरू होते. वस्तीच्या दाट झोपडपट्यांमध्ये नव्या निर्बंधांचा विशेषतः जमावबंदीचा परिणाम जाणवला नाही.

२७ मार्चला रात्री आठ ते सकाळी सात या वेळेत जमावबंदी जारी करण्यात आली. त्याचे पालन शहरातील काही भागांत काटेकोरपणे सुरू झाले होते. करोना प्रसाराचा वेग वाढल्याने प्रतिबंधात्मक उपाय म्हणून राज्य मंत्रिमंडळाने सोमवारपासुन जमावबंदी कठोरपणे राबवण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. मात्र शहरातील काही भागांतील नागरिकांनी या निर्बंधांना भीक न घातल्याचे चित्र सोमवारी रात्री दिसले. धारावीसह गोवंडीतील शिवाजीनगर, लल्लुभाई कम्पाऊंड, मंडाले, मालवणी अशा दाट वस्तीच्या झोपडपट्यांमधील सर्व व्यवहार सुरळीत सुरू होते. येथील अन्नपदार्थ, फळे विकणारे फे रिवाले. पान टपऱ्या,विविध वस्तूंची दुकाने रात्री दहापर्यंत ग्राहकांच्या सेवेसाठी खुली होती. विशेष म्हणजे नागरिकही तेथे

पातिनिधीक छायाचित्र.

जुने पास वैध

पहिल्या टाळेबंदीत वैद्यकीय, अत्यावश्यक सेवेतील नागरिकांना शासनाने प्रवासाची परवानगी ढिली होती. अशा व्यक्तीना पोलिसांनी पास वितरित केले होते. यावर्षी एप्रिल महिन्यात जारी करण्यात आलेल्या निर्बंधांमध्ये वैद्यकीय अत्यावश्यक सेवांशी संबंधीत व्यक्तीना जुन्या पासआधारे प्रवास करता येईल. पोलीस दलाचे प्रवक्ते चैतन्य एस. यांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार जुन्या पासची मुद्रत संपली असली तरी तो वैध गणला जाईल. मात्र ज्यॉना नव्याने पास ्आवश्यक असेल त्यांनी त्या त्या विभागाच्या सहायक आयुक्त(एसीपी) कार्यालयाशी संपर्क साधावा

गर्दी करत होते. हद्दीत गर्दी होणाऱ्या प्रत्येक ठिकाणांवर मनुष्यबळ तैनात करणे आठनंतर जमावबंदी असली तरी कार्यालयांमधून सुटलेला कर्मचारी, गस्त वाढवणे, जमावबंदी आदेशाचे कामगार वर्ग रात्री उशिरापर्यंत उल्लंघन करणाऱ्यांवर कारवाई उपनगरीय लोकल, बेस्ट बस, रिक्षा, करण्याच्या स्पष्ट सूचना पोलीस टॅक्सी आणि खासगी वाहनांनी ठाण्यांना देण्यात आल्या आहेत. अशी आपापल्या घरी परतत होता. छत्रपती माहिती पोलीस प्रवक्ते चैतन्य एस. शिवाजी महाराज टर्मिनसवर नऊच्या यांनी दिली. तर एका वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्याने दिलेल्या माहितीनसार सुमारास प्रवाशांची तुलनेने कमी गर्दी होती. मध्य मार्गावरील सहा कठोर निर्बंधांच्या पहिल्या दिवशी फलाटांऐवजी हार्बर मार्गावरून गस्त वाढवून, जागोजागी मनुष्यबळ तैनात करून विनाकारण रेंगाळणाऱ्या, पनवेल. अंधेरीकडे जाणारे प्रवासी फलाट क्रमांक एक व दोनवर अधिक मुदतीबाहेर व्यवसाय ठेवणाऱ्यांना समज दिली गेली. यापढे आढळले.

गृह अलगीकरणातील रुग्णांवर लक्ष

मुंबई : करोनाचा प्रसार झपाट्याने होत असतानाच रुग्णालयात दाखल होण्याऐवजी गृह अलगीकरणात राहण्याकडे लोकांचा कल दिसून येत आहे. मात्र, गृह अलगीकरणाचे काटेकोर पालन होत नसल्यामुळे करोनाचा वेगाने प्रसार होत आहे. त्यामुळे चाचण्या वाढविण्यासोबतच संपर्कातील लोकांचा शोध घ्यावा गृहअलगीकरणात आणि असलेल्यांवर लक्ष्य ठेवा, असे आदेश नगरविकासमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी सोमवारी राज्यातील सर्व महापालिका आणि नगरपरिषदांना दिले.

करोनाच्या वाढत्या प्रादुर्भावाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी दरचित्रं संवादाच्या माध्यमातून महापालिका आयुक्त, नगर परिषदांचे मुख्याधिकारी, तसेच जिल्हाधिकारी आणि विभागीय आयुक्त यांची बैठक घेऊन परिस्थितीचा आढावा घेतला. यावेळी नगरविकास विभागाचे प्रधान सचिव महेश पाठक उपस्थित होते. गृहअलगीकरणात असलेल्या रूग्णांवर लक्ष्य ठेवण्यासाठी प्रत्येक महापालिकेने कॉल सेंटर्स सुरू करून रुग्णांचा नियमित मागोवा घेण्याचे आदेश शिंदे यांनी सर्व महापालिका आणि नगरपालिकाना दिले. रुग्णालये, करोना रूग्ण निगा केंद्र येथे कठल्याही प्रकारची गैरसोय खपवून घेतली जाणार नाही. असा इशाराही शिंदे यांनी दिला. याशिवाय ऑक्सिजन आणि रेमडेसिवीर कमी पडणार नाही याची चित्रीकरण स्थळांवर चिंता आणि दक्षताही!

आटवड्याखेरीस चित्रीकरण बंद

राज्य सरकारने सध्या जी नियमावली जाहीर केली आहे ती लक्षात घेत या महिन्याभरात दर आठवड्याला शूक्रवारी रात्रीपासून सोमवारी सकाळपर्यंत चित्रीकरण बंद ठेवण्यात येणार आहे. सोमवारपासून शुक्रवारपर्यंत सकाळी ७ ते सायंकाळी ७

संघटनांनी दिली.

पर्यंतच चित्रीकरणाला परवानगी ढेण्यात आली आहे. रात्रीचे चित्रीकरण करायचे असल्यास ते स्टुडिओच्या बंदिस्त जागेत करावे लागेल, बाहेर कुठेही चित्रीकरण करता येणार नाही. त्यामुळे स्टुडिओबाहेर चित्रीकरणावरही अनेक निर्बंध आले असल्याचे तिवारी यांनी स्पष्ट केले. राज्यात करोनाचा आकडा वेगाने वाढत असल्याने पूर्ण चित्रीकरणावरच बंदी येण्यापेक्षा सरकारने जे नियम घालून दिले आहेत त्याचे पालन करून सुरक्षित वातावरणात चित्रिकरण करण्यावर निर्मात्यांपासून कलाकार - कामगारांपर्यंत सगळ्यांनीच भर दिला आहे. असेही त्यांनी सांगितले.

यापूर्वी अभिनेत्री अलिया भट्टलाही करोनाची लागण झाली होती, त्यानंतर 'गंगुबाई काठियावाडी' चित्रपटाचे चित्रीकरण बंद करण्यात आले होते सध्या चित्रीकरणादरम्यान एकालाही करोनाची लागण झाली. तर त्याच्या संपर्कात आलेल्या सगळ्या कलाकार - कामगारांची चाचणी केली जाते. त्यामुळे कोणी करोना बाधित असल्यास लगेच लक्षात येत असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. चित्रीकरण स्थळांवर इतर तपासणी. करोना चाचणीचा अहवाल घेऊन काम करणे आणि अन्य नियम काटेकोरपणे पाळले जात असल्याची माहितीही त्यांनी दिली.

मुंबई : दिवसेंदिवस मुंबईतील रुग्णसंख्येत मोठी वाढ होत असुन यंत्रणांवर प्रचंड ताण येऊ लागला आहे. मुंबईत सोमवारी करोनाचे नऊ हजार ८५७ रुग्ण नोंदले गेले, तर २१ रुग्णांचा मृत्यू झाला.

गेल्या काही दिवसांमध्ये सातत्याने रुग्ण संख्येत मोठी वाढ होत आहे.

त्यामुळे राज्य सरकारने कडक निर्बंध ३०२ वर पोहोचली आहे. विविध जारी केले आहेत. रविवारी ्दुपारपासून सोमवारी दुपारपर्यंत मुंबईत सुमारे ३६ हजार ८७८ चाचण्या करण्यात आल्या. अन्य दिवसांच्या तुलनेत या चाचण्यांचे प्रमाण कमी आहे. आतापर्यंत ४३ लाख ६ लाख ५३ चाचण्या करण्यात आल्या आहेत. सोमवारी मुंबईतील एकूण

ऱ्हग्णालयात उपचार घेणारे ११ पुरुष व १० महिलांचा सोमवारी करोनामळे मृत्यू झाला. आतापर्यंत मृत्यू झालेल्यांची संख्या ११ हजार ७९७ वर पोहोचली आहे. मंबईतील विविध रुग्णालयांमध्ये

उपचार घेणारे तीन हजार ३५७ रुग्ण सोमवारी करोनामुक्त झाले. आतापर्यंत बाधितांची संख्या ४ लाख ६२ हजार ३ लाख ७४ हजार ९८५ वर पोहोचली आहे. आजघडीला ऱ्हग्णालयांमध्ये ७४ हजार ५२२ रुग्ण उपचार घेत आहेत.

मुंबईतील रुग्ण करोनामुक्त होण्याचे प्रमाण ८१ टक्क्यांवर आले आहे. तर रुग्ण दुप्पटीचा कालावधी ४० दिवसांपर्यंत खाली आला आहे. करोना वाढीचा दर १.७० टक्क्यांवर पोहोचला आहे. मुंबईसाठी ही चिंतेची बाब बनली आहे.

ठाणे : ठाणे जिल्ह्यात सोमवारी ५ हजार २८७ करोना रुग्ण आढळून आले, तर २० जणांचा करोनामुळे मृत्यू झाला. त्यामुळे जिल्ह्यातील करोनाबाधितांची संख्या आता ३ लाख ४४ हजार ३० इतकी झाली असून मृतांची संख्या ६ हजार ५८१ झाली आहे.
