Sub: Update - Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”)

This is in furtherance to our earlier letter dated March 23, 2020 vide which we intimated to the Stock Exchanges of the temporary suspension of operations at various locations till March 31, 2020 with a view to contain the spread of Covid-19.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (“ MHA ”), Government of India, vide order dated April 15, 2020, has issued revised consolidated Guidelines under which Industries/Industrial Establishments including continuous process industries and their supply chain has been allowed to operate w.e.f. April 20, 2020.

We would like to inform that the Company shall resume operations, w.e.f. April 20, 2020 in a phased manner, subject to requisite permissions, other relevant considerations and in accordance with the guidelines.

The Company is taking all necessary steps to adhere to the SOP for Social Distancing provided by MHA and continues to work to safeguard the interests of its employees, workers and other stakeholders in our plant locations and offices.
