APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Academies Australasia Group Limited (ASX:AKG) advises that Mr Chris Grundy has been appointed Company Secretary, succeeding Ms Stephanie Noble. The appointment is with effect from 17[th] July 2015.

Mr Grundy was appointed CFO on 21[st] May 2015. He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and as a Company Secretary, with prior experience as CFO and Company Secretary of two companies listed on the ASX. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Ms Noble will continue as Group Finance Manager and Assistant Company Secretary.
