Change in the number of shares and votes in AcadeMedia
The number of shares and votes in AcadeMedia AB decreased during March 2026 as a result of redemption of ordinary shares under the voluntary redemption program, adopted at the Annual General Meeting on 26 November 2025. In total, the number of shares and votes decreased by 3,243,710 ordinary shares and as many votes.
Today, the last trading day of the month and following the voluntary redemption program, there are in total 96,059,263 shares in AcadeMedia. 95,866,206 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 193,057 shares are C shares with one tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in the company is 95,885,511.70.
