TRADING HALT
The securities of Australian Bauxite Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 6 November 2013.

Request for a Trading Halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Australian Bauxite Limited (Company) requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities pending an announcement to the market regarding a change in substantial holding notice (Notice) expected to be received by the Company.
The Company anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted upon receipt of the Notice and release to the ASX or before 6 November 2013.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
