TRADING HALT
The securities of Australian Bauxite Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 4 April 2013 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for a Trading Halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Australian Bauxite Limited (Company) requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities pending an announcement to the market regarding an offtake agreement and cornerstone investment in the Company to expedite development its bauxite projects that is material to the Company.
The Company anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted on or before the opening of the market on Thursday 4 April 2013 by provision of an announcement to the ASX with respect to the cornerstone investment and offtake agreement.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
