Company Secretary Retirement and Appointment

Australian Bauxite Limited (ASX: ABZ) (ABx) advise that David Hughes retired as Company Secretary on 31 July 2013.

David Hughes was appointed late October 2009 and he has served the Company since prior to ABx’s listing.

Directors’ express their appreciation to David and wish him a successful future and wellearned retirement.

Julian Rockett has been appointed Joint Company Secretary effective immediately.
