Vincent Tan retires as a Director

Mr. Vincent Tan, a founding Director of Australian Bauxite Limited (ABx) has retired as a Director of the Company at yesterday’s Annual General Meeting.

The Board thanks Mr. Tan for his services and wishes him the utmost success in his future endeavors.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.18A.3 the Company provides the following Appendix 3Z, “Final Director’s Interest Notice” for Mr. Vincent Tan.
