Annual General Meeting Registration
Australian Bauxite Limited (ASX: ABX) (ABx or Company) will conduct its 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM or the Meeting) as a hybrid meeting to due to restrictions on public gatherings arising from COVID-19.
The AGM will be held at Level 2, 131 Macquarie Street, Sydney at 11:00am AEST Friday, 29 May 2020 and shareholders can also access the Meeting online.
All shareholders must pre-register, whether attending in person or online.

Voting instructions
All Resolutions at the Meeting will be decided on a poll.

To vote by proxy, please complete and sign the Proxy Form and return in accordance with the instructions set out on the Proxy Form. Completed Proxy Forms must be received by the Company by 11:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 27 May 2020.
