Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 10, 2019, American BriVision (Holding) Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the feasibility study results of Vitargus®, the Company’s investigational medical device, will be presented at the Retina Subspecialty Day program of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (the “AAO”) 2019 Annual Meeting on October 11, 2019.

A copy of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
