Item 4 Summary of Material Change: On October 31, 2022, Absolute announced that Jim Lejeal has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective December 5, 2022. Mr. Ron Fior, who was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer will remain with the Company until Mr. Lejeal begins in December.
