abrdn plc ("the Company") announces that on 27 June 2024 Sir Douglas Flint sold 11,612 Ordinary Shares of 1361/63 pence each in the Company from his General Account and purchased the same number of shares in his ISA.

Following the trade, the total beneficial interest of Sir Douglas Flint and persons closely associated with him in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 200,000 shares.
