PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 19 November 2025, abrdn New India Investment Trust plc (the "Company") purchased in the market 14,000 Ordinary 25p shares ("Ordinary share(s)") at a price of 806.8083 pence per Ordinary share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

44,988,229 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

14,081,911 Ordinary shares held in treasury

59,070,140 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
