New Loan Facility

Aberdeen Standard Equity Income Trust PLC ("the Company") announces that it has agreed a new £30 million revolving credit facility with the Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited ("£30m Facility"). £20m of the £30m Facility was drawn on 28 June 2021.  The Company will use the proceeds drawn to repay in full the existing £20 million revolving credit facility.  The remainder of the £30m Facility will be drawn in due course for investment purposes.

The new facility will expire on 25 June 2023.
