Cancellation of Treasury Shares
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, abrdn Diversified Income and Growth plc (the "Company") announces that, on 29 September 2023, it cancelled from treasury 14,000,000 Ordinary 25p shares.
Following the above cancellation, the Company has 301,265,952 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares), and holds 22,485,854 Ordinary shares in treasury, equivalent to 7.5% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
The total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 301,265,952 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
