Fourth Interim Dividend for the year ended 30 September 2022

The Board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it is declaring a Fourth Interim Dividend in respect of the year ended 30 September 2022 of 1.40 pence per share on the Ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 30 September 2022.

The Fourth Interim Dividend will be paid on 19 January 2023 to shareholders on the register on 23 December 2022. The ex-dividend date is 22 December 2022.

The last date for receipt of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 30 December 2022.

In line with best practice in corporate governance, the Board puts forward the Company's dividend policy for shareholder approval at each Annual General Meeting.
