Second Interim Dividend for the year to 30 September 2022

The Board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it is declaring a second interim dividend in respect of the year to 30 September 2022 of 1.40 pence per share on the Ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 31 March 2022.

The second interim dividend will be paid on 14 July 2022 to shareholders on the register on 17 June 2022. The ex-dividend date is 16 June 2022.

The last date for receipt of mandate instructions by the registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 24 June 2022.

In line with best practice in corporate governance, the Board puts forward the Company's dividend policy for shareholder approval at each Annual General Meeting.
