Second Interim Dividend for the year ended 30 September 2020

The Board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it is declaring a second interim dividend in respect of the year to 30 September 2020 of 1.36 pence per share on the Ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 31 March 2020.

The second interim dividend will be paid on 10 July 2020 to shareholders on the register on 19 June 2020. The ex-dividend date is 18 June 2020.

The last date for receipt of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 26 June 2020.

In line with best practice in corporate governance, the Board puts forward the Company's dividend policy for shareholder approval at each Annual General Meeting.
