Conversion of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2025 ("CULS")

9 June 2022

Application is being made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 536 new Ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List, and dealings are expected to commence on or around 14 June 2022. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company.

The listing application has been made following the conversion of £1,579 units of CULS in the period to 31 May 2022.
