Il Gruppo Nocivelli ABP è stato fondato a Castegnato (Brescia) nel 1963 e ha inizialmente operato nel commercio di prodotti petroliferi e lubrificanti. Dal 1988 ha diversificato la propria attività specializzandosi nella realizzazione di impianti tecnologici, meccanici ed elettrici, nella costruzione di opere edili, civili e industriali e nel Facility Management. Il Gruppo Nocivelli è composto dalla capogruppo ABP Nocivelli S.p.A. e dalla controllata (al 100%) RPP srl Run Power Plants, acquisita nel 2016, specializzata nella progettazione, realizzazione, fornitura, installazione e manutenzione di illuminazione LED. Il Gruppo ha la sede principale a Castegnato (BS) ed è presente con sedi operative a Brescia, Chieti Scalo e Ponderano (Biella). RPP ha sede a Castenedolo (BS). Bruno Nocivelli è il Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione, mentre Nicola Turra ricopre il ruolo di Amministratore Delegato. La semestrale al 31 dicembre 2024 ha riportato un Valore della Produzione pari a 42,1 milioni di Euro, con un EBITDA pari a 9,8 milioni di Euro e un utile netto di 6,7 milioni di Euro.

Castegnato (Brescia), June 25, 2025 - A.B.P. Nocivelli S.p.A., a leading Esco Company operating in the Public-Private Partnership sector for healthcare and hospital infrastructure, listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ISIN Code IT0005439861, Ticker ABP:IM), hereby announces the calendar of corporate events for the fiscal year 2025-2026.

The Nocivelli ABP Group was founded in Castegnato (Brescia) in 1963 and initially traded in petroleum products and lubricants. In 1988 it diversified into the construction of technological, mechanical and electrical systems, in addition to civil and industrial construction and Facility Management. The Nocivelli Group comprises the parent company ABP Nocivelli S.p.A. and the wholly-owned subsidiary RPP srl Run Power Plants, acquired in 2016, specializing in the design, manufacture, supply, installation and maintenance of LED lighting.
