NanoAb[TM]
- Advantages
1. Small size for enhanced tissue penetration.
2. High affinity and remarkable stability.
3. Low immunogenicity and other properties render it ideal for diagnosis, treatment, and as versatile research tools.
4. Capable of large-scale production without the need for animals.
5. Abnova has developed 190+ nanobodies and continues to grow its catalog this year.

VLP and Nanodisc Membrane Proteins
Advantages
1. VLPs are made of viral capsid proteins that selfassemble into virus-like structures. They stably embed membrane proteins without genomes, making them safe for structural and functional display.
2. VLPs are easy to standardize and scale up, suitable for membrane protein applications such as antibody immunization, vaccine development, screening, and gene therapy.
3. Nanodiscs mimic cell membranes, preserving membrane protein structure and function with high stability and no need for detergents.
4. Nanodiscs make membrane proteins water soluble, enabling easier purification, analysis, and drug screening.
