Lund, Sweden, July 31, 2017 - NeuroVive Pharmaceutical AB (Nasdaq Stockholm: NVP, OTCQX: NEVPF), the mitochondrial medicine company, today announced an increase of the number of shares and votes in NeuroVive of 1,084,224. This is a result of the during July performed directed rights issue and the subscription options program (series 2016/2017:2).
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 50,566,197 shares and votes in NeuroVive.
