JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES AT MAN SHUNG INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

Reference is made to the joint announcements of Vantage International (Holdings) Limited (“ Vantage ”) and Able Engineering Holdings Limited (“ Able Holdings ”) dated 8 January 2018 and 9 February 2018, and the circulars of Vantage and Able Holdings, both dated 28 March 2018, regarding, among others, the Acquisition in relation to the First Round Acquisition and the Second Round Acquisition to acquire certain properties located at Man Shung Industrial Building. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this joint announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the circulars of respective companies.

Vantage and Able Holdings are pleased to jointly announce that Completion of the Acquisition took place on 12 April 2018 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Acquisition Agreements.
