Issuance of share options

Asker, 4 July 2017 - Aqualis ASA issued share options to

certain key personnel in Offshore Wind Consultants Ltd.

("OWC"), in connection with the acquisition of OWC in June

2014, which expired in 1H 2017. Aqualis has amended and re-

issued 250,000 options to key personnel in OWC. Ian Bonnon,

a primary insider and managing director of OWC, have been

allocated 190,000 share options according to the above.
