Reference is made to the announcement on 20 May 2016 regarding a resolution

passed at Aqualis' Annual General Meeting to reduce the share capital.

The share capital decrease has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Aqualis' registered

share capital is NOK 4 229 323,9 divided into 42 293 239 ordinary shares each

having a par value of NOK 0.10.
