22 October 2014 Aqualis ASA purchased the controlling A share in Aqualis Holdco

Ltd. Aqualis Holdco Ltd owns 2'187'500 shares in Aqualis ASA representing

5.06% of the outstanding shares in the Company.

After the transaction Aqualis ASA indirectly controls 2'187'500 shares in

Aqualis ASA, representing 5.06% of the shares in Aqualis ASA.

Information regarding Aqualis Holdco Ltd:

Aqualis Holdco Ltd has 1'000'000 shares, of which 1 controlling A share and

999'999 non-controlling B shares. The B shares are owned by 48 Aqualis Group

employees and Strata Marine & Offshore AS. Strata Marine & Offshore AS will in

due course sell its shareholdings in Aqualis Holdco Ltd to Aqualis Group

employees. Each A and B share has the same economic ownership in Aqualis Holdco

Ltd, hence the sole A share represents a not material economic ownership in

Aqualis Holdco Ltd, and hence a not material indirect economic ownership in

Aqualis ASA.
