Oslo, 28 January 2019:

Ian Bonnon, managing director of Offshore Wind Consultants which is owned 100% by Aqualis ASA, has transferred 46,814 number of shares at an average sales price of NOK 0.00 per share to certain employees. In connection with Aqualis’ acquisition of Offshore Wind Consultants Limited in July 2014, Ian Bonnon entered into agreement to transfer these shares at a later date given fulfilment of certain conditions.

Following this transaction Ian Bonnon holds 508,260 shares in total.
