Oslo, 21 June 2015

Philip Alan Lenox, Director Asia Pacific in Aqualis, acquired 176'654 shares at

an average purchase price of NOK 9.77 per share on 2 June 2015. After this

transaction Philip Alan Lenox, and related parties, hold 878'944 shares in

Aqualis ASA. Immediate notification was not made to Aqualis' management

following the purchase of the shares. Aqualis' management notified Oslo Stock

Exchange immediately after they were informed of the purchase.
